RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns for a refund within 14 days of the invoice date. To ensure a smooth process, each item must be returned in its original, unopened packaging and in pristine, resalable condition.
For non-defective items that meet these criteria, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. If you are exchanging a product for any reason other than a defect, our standard shipping charge will apply to send the replacement back to you. Please note that exchanges are subject to an inspection of the returned product.
Remember to include all original parts and accessories (such as cases, charging cords, etc.). Returns cannot be accepted if any component is missing, if the product has been opened, or if it has been damaged by the user. Additionally, all returns, refunds, or exchanges must be pre-approved by GIJoeCodes, LLC (SafetyShop®) before any items are sent back.
SHIPPING FEES
At GIJoeCodes, LLC (SafetyShop®), we take great pride in offering dependable products. As such, shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be defective. Refunds will be processed after deducting any shipping and handling costs along with the applicable restocking fee (15% for non-defective returns). For example, if your original purchase was $104.95 with free shipping, your refund will reflect the cost of the item minus any shipping costs and, if applicable, the 15% restocking fee (this fee is waived for defective items).
RETURN PROCEDURES
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@safetyshop.store to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return address. Make sure to clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your package, as returns without an RMA number cannot be accepted.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective item, we will replace it within 14 days of the invoice date. However, if a returned product is found to be functioning correctly, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges along with a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund. The item must not show any signs of abuse or misuse and should include all original parts and accessories. Once we inspect your return, we will process your request accordingly.
WARRANTY
We stand by the quality of our products and guarantee that they are free from defects in workmanship and materials for 30 days after purchase (or longer if the manufacturer’s warranty extends beyond this period). Should any issues arise, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion, provided there is no evidence of customer misuse or alteration.
